About Founders

Pastor Juanita Crawford

Born to the late Thomas C. Brinson and Rosa Bell Brinson. She is from a family of 14 and is the fourth eldest. She has 10 sisters and 4 brothers. She is the mother of three children, Terri Brinson Gwynn, Leslie Salmon and Lester Griffin. She is a grandmother and great grandmother.

Juanita is happily married to Minister Odell Crawford. They work together to achieve the goal that has been set for them. Together they are the founders of Fresh Oil Outreach Ministries International.

Juanita has been a follower of Christ since the young age of twelve and is fervently making sure she is following her calling to do what God has called her to do. She is a keynote speaker for religious services and community outreach groups. Through her journey of experiencing separation, sickness, rejection, financial struggles and many other challenges her motto is “It is better to have God and not need Him, than to need God and not have Him.” There is really nothing too hard for God

Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, Juanita has obeyed the Fathers voice to go forth and win souls by way of preaching of the gospel, praying and singing of spiritual songs. She has written songs, recorded an album, and has also written Christian based plays. She has a bachelor’s degree of Ministry from Christian Leadership University. Her message is for this season for the Trumpet of God is calling forth the harvest. Christ is coming soon. Her next assignment is to prayerfully write a book.

In 1998 Juanita was ordained as Evangelist under Pastor Steven Hodge. She was later assigned to the office of International Evangelist in the New England Prophetic Conference, under the covering of Apostle John E. Wilson.

In 2022 Juanita was ordained Pastor and is currently working on the international assignment with several Churches in Pakistan.

Pastor Crawford is currently a covenant partner with Vision of Faith COC, under the leadership of Apostle, Dr. Roslyn-Samuel Crossdale. She is currently being assigned to the role of Overseer.

Works beside Pastor Crawford to fulfill the vision of Fresh Oil Ministries. Min. Crawford has been a follower of Christ since his Youth. He is a skilled Minstrel of Worship and song. He is a producer of music and songwriter.
